Phase transformation behaviors and mechanical properties of NiTi endodontic files after gold heat treatment and blue heat treatment

WaveOne Gold, ProTaper Reciproc Blue, Next, and files were selected to compare the phase transformation behaviors mechanical properties of nickel-titanium (NiTi) rotary after gold heat blue treatments. The reverse finishing point temperatures Next higher than those other two instruments investigated. At a deflection 0.5 mm, loads significantly varied except for Gold. 3.0 Blue Gold compared ProTaper. Cycles failure reduced in order NiTi treatments exhibited bending cyclic fatigue resistances, representing an improved performance over traditional M-wire instruments.
